World Powerlifting, 100% Raw, the Oceania Powerlifting Federation and World Powerlifting China invite the lifters of the world to the --

Powerlifting (Squat + Bench Press + Deadlift) in all World Powerlifting age groups and bodyweight classes, for Men and Women -

Men: 62kg, 69kg, 77kg, 85kg, 94kg, 105kg, 120kg, 120+kg

Women: 48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 64kg, 72kg, 84kg, 100kg, 100+kg

Ages: Youth, Junior, Open, Masters (40 - 44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+)

Each World Powerlifting member nation may enter two teams in each category i.e. 8 men + 8 Women for both A and B teams in each age group.

Platform, Racks, Barbell, Collars and Discs will be the World Powerlifting approved brand Samtek www.samtekstrength.com The Competition Bar will be the Samtek stainless steel, 204,000 psi, super grip bar.

Warmup equipment will be World Powerlifting Rules of Competition compliant Racks, Barbells and Discs.

All athletes and support personnel are subject to the World Powerlifting WADA compliant Anti-Doping Policy.

There will be out of competition testing prior to the Championships and all entrants will be forwarded the necessary consent and Whereabouts forms prior to the Championships -- failure to comply with these requirements will invalidate your entry. Competition drug testing will occur throughout the event

EQUIPMENT

ANTI-DOPING

FACILITIESScales certified to .05kg will be used at Weigh-Ins and a second set will be available for extended hours at the Winsport Centre

Steamrooms will be available in both male and female changerooms at the Winsport Centre for extended hours.

Training can be carried out at the WinSport gym adjacent to the competition venue

Apparel Checks will be conducted on an extended hours basis.

Rack heights can be checked in a dedicated facitlity on an extended hours basis.

A course and examination for accreditation as a World Powerlifting World Referee will be conducted at the Championships. Contact World Powerlifting Technical Committee Chairman Julian Perry for details jperry@worldpowerlifting.com

Identity passes will be created at check-in to the event

Powerlifting medals will be presented at the conclusion of each Session. All medallists must be in team uniform tracksuit to be eligible to receive their medal. Best Lifter and Team trophies will be awarded at the presentation banquet 7:00PM Sunday 6th October. Tickets CA $40 per person available at the venue.

Entries for all Competitors, Coaches and Referees must be made on the forms attached, lodged by either of the following methods --

You should enter only once and your entry will be allocated to the correct gender and age group automatically. Entry fees are CAD175 plus CAD50 anti-doping fee per Competitor, nil for Coaches and Referees. Payment may be made by any of the following options –
