Since 1958, Memphis has hosted professional golf and beginning in 2019, Memphis joins Shanghai,
Mexico City and Austin as host cities for the World Golf Championships. This elevated platform will
feature the very best in the game and show off the city of Memphis to the world. We have reimag-
ined our on-site experience for clients and spectators, and I hope the enclosed information is help-

Tournament Overview
The final in a series of four World Golf Championships (WGC) tournaments played annually on the
PGA TOUR schedule, the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational will deliver an exhilarating world-class
experience while featuring the top players in the world.
Premier Venue
TPC Southwind was designed by noted architect Ron Prichard, with PGA TOUR players Hubert
Green and Fuzzy Zoeller serving as consultants. The golf course features undulating zoysia
fairways, champion Bermuda greens and numerous lakes, streams and ponds. Adding to the
charm of the golf course are two grain silos and a windmill, remnants of the dairy farm once locat-
ed on the site.

Schedule of Events
Alcohol Policy
• Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage consumption laws will be enforced in all hospitality areas.
• Alcohol cannot be served to anyone younger than 21; proof of age will be required for anyone
younger than 35.
• Only two drinks may be purchased at a time; spectators are not allowed to carry more than two
drinks at any given time.
Banner Policy
• Banners and signs are strictly prohibited on the outside of tent structures, chalets, or on any fenc-
ing.
• The tournament will provide standard signs for all hospitality venues.
• Banners may be placed on the inside back or side walls of private hospitality tents and must be
approved by the tournament prior to placement.
Disabled Guest Services
A Van Shuttle, which is wheelchair accessible, is available to and from Accessible Parking in the
Mobility Impaired lot at 8180 Sedgewick Blvd, and the Clubhouse.
Carts will run from the time gates open each tournament day until 30 minutes after play. Cart Shut-
tles will only pick up and drop off from designated locations.

If disabled guests need assistance from a location without shuttle access, they should contact any

First Aid
A team of doctors, nurses and paramedics is on duty during the tournament. To receive medical
attention while on the golf course, spectators may ask any volunteer carrying a radio for assistance
or they may visit one of three locations:
1. The hospital trailer located on the East side of the TPC Southwind Clubhouse
2. The first aid trailer behind the 13th green
3. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Dept. Rescue Van located to the golfer’s left of the third fair-
way
Smoking Policy
• All hospitality areas are non-smoking.
Policies and Procedures
Giveaways Policy • You are welcome to provide merchandise to your guests within a private or semi-private space.
However, any items you wish to brand with the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational logo or co-
brand with your logo must be purchased through PGA TOUR Merchandise. Please run all gift ide-
as through tournament staff prior to purchase.
• Due to security regulations, no backpacks, tote bags, frisbees or other projectiles may be distrib-
uted on course, but these make great gifts to distribute off property.
Hospitality Access Policy
• Youth age 5 and younger are free of charge when accompanied by a properly credentialed adult,
although hospitality venues are not well equipped for children’s entertainment. Anyone older
than 6 is required to have the appropriate credential and/or wristband for each hospitality area,
i.e., The Pavilion, Blues Club. Bluff City, etc.
Inclement Weather Policy
• If inclement weather is in the vicinity, spectators will be advised on electronic scoreboards.
• Spectators are encouraged to return to their vehicles or ticketed hospitality venue when this
warning is given. Please do not presume that play will be canceled if it rains.

PGA TOUR Mobile Device Policy
• Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
• Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout
tournament week.
• Content may be used for personal purposes (ex. personal social media); no commercial use.
• No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
• Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
• Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
• Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
• All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.
Youth Policy
• Youth 18 and younger are admitted free of charge on grounds, Wednesday – Sunday, when
accompanied by a properly credentialed adult.

All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car.

• A one gallon, clear, re-sealable plastic bag
• Food may enter the tournament in a clear plastic bag not to exceed the size of a one-
gallon, clear, resealable plastic bag

• During practice rounds only: Still camera with lens smaller than 6 inches; no case
• Umbrellas without sleeve
• Medically necessary supplies, strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles, and other
necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier); items subject to search
• Collapsible chairs without chair bags
• Binoculars without case
Prohibited Items
• No bags larger than a small purse 6” x 6” including carrying cases, backpacks, camera
bags or chair bags
• No clear plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• No plastic, metal or glass cups, cans or containers of any kind except for medical or
infant needs
• No computers or laptops unless approved by tournament prior to event
• No knives, firearms or weapons of any nature
• No video cameras (all week)
• No cameras (during competition rounds)
• No beverages (patrons may not bring in or exit with beverages) or coolers
• No posters, signs or banners
• All portable chairs must be removed from the course each night

Tournament Bag Policy
Admission & Gate Times
• Gate Times will be announced closer to the event. Approximate Wednesday admission
will be 8am—6pm. Depending on confirmed tee times, admission will be between 8am
and 9am Thursday—Sunday.
Will Call
• Will Call will be located outside of tournament gates with easy access to all guests and
will be open during gate hours. Although we strongly encourage companies to send tick-
ets to their guests prior to the event, Will Call is available for last minute ticket pickup.
Youth Admissions
• Youth 18 and younger are admitted free of charge on grounds Wednesday – Sunday when
accompanied by a properly credentialed adult.
• Youth 6 years and older will need a ticket to access hospitality areas with a ticketed adult.
Please make sure your guests are aware of this policy in advance.
Military Admissions
• In 2019, the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational will extend its policy to acknowledge the
commitment and service of active duty, reserve and military retirees and their families. This year,
we will be allowing them free admission to the tournament and an invitation to a complimentary
hospitality tent, courtesy of our partners at United Rentals. “THE PATRIOTS’ OUTPOST presented
by United Rentals” will be along 18 Fairway, near The Hub.
• All military must bring printed vouchers and photo IDs to the “Military Tickets” window located
at the designated tournament gate. At the window, vouchers will be exchanged for
complimentary tournament tickets for career military and dependents. Please visit
WGCFedEx.com/Military to claim your vouchers.
• WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational also provides veterans the opportunity to purchase up to two
(2) discounted tournament tickets at the ticket windows or online at WGCFedEx.com/Military.
Veterans with a valid military ID will also be granted access to the Patriots’ Outpost.
Admissions & Will Call
Depending on your venue location, there are several parking lot options that require proper
credentials which will be included in your hospitality package.
If you’ll be leaving parking passes or tickets at Will Call, please make sure your guests stop by Will
Call prior to entering the parking lot.
Lot B : Marquee & FedEx Partners
Thursday - Sunday: Lot B is located at the entrance of TPC Southwind Clubhouse. Guests will turn
onto Tournament Dr, pass the guard gate and follow signage into Lot B. Proper credentials are re-
quired to enter past the guard gate.
VIP Lot C: Bluff City, Blues Club, Veranda, FedEx Partners & Pavilion
Thursday– Sunday: Hospitality Parking is located off of Winchester, just East of Ave of Commerce,
across from Windyke Country Club. Please see the map on the reverse side of the parking hangtags
for instructions and an overhead map. Guests will enter the golf course on 17 Fairway with easy
access to hospitality space. Proper credentials required to enter parking lot.
Lot X: Bluff City, Blues Club, Veranda, & FedEx Partners
Thursday– Sunday: Lot X is located at FedEx World Headquarters. Please enter the lot off of Hacks
Cross, using the parking map on the reverse of the parking hangtag. Guests will be shuttled to the
golf course, entering through the main entrance at the back of the driving range. Proper credentials
required to enter parking lot.
PUBLIC PARKING
Wednesday: Parking is free on-site in Lot C on Wednesday. Once the lot is full, overflow parking will
be located at Lot W at Cummings Street Missionary Baptist Church. Guests will be shuttled to the
main entrance from the overflow parking lot.
Thursday- Friday: Parking will be announced closer to the event and will be available online at
WGCFedEx.com or with your account rep.
Saturday - Sunday: Public parking is located at 3610 Hacks Cross Dr (FedEx World Headquarters)
and will be available online at WGCFedEx.com or with your account rep. Guests will be shuttled to
the main entrance from the public parking lot.
Parking
Uber Information
Uber is the preferred ridesharing partner of the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational. The Uber pickup
and drop off process will allow for a smooth experience that will grant access into the tournament
through the Rideshare Gate on Players Club Pkwy (Between Holes 1 & 2). Riders can call for an Ub-
er once back at the Rideshare Gate for their departure.

Q: Can I purchase additional tickets and/or park-
ing?
A: Yes. For additional tickets and parking, please
contact your account representative for assistance.
Q: Is my hospitality ticket good for the grounds?
A: Yes. The ticket that admits you inside the gate
and your hospitality venue is also valid on the
grounds and for all public venues on site.
Q: Do my guests need a ticket for the practice
round on Wednesday?
A: Beginning Wednesday, July 24th, all spectators
must have a ticket to be granted access inside the
gates and The ULTRA Club.
Q: Can children access the hospitality venue with-
out a ticket?
A: ALL children 6 and older require a hospitality
venue ticket for access into hospitality venues. Chil-
dren 18 years and younger do receive free entry on
the grounds with a ticketed adult.
Q: What is the best way to get items for use into my
hospitality venue before the tournament?
A: All items should be shipped to the tournament
office no later than July 12th. We will store and de-
liver the packages to your venue. We receive many
items so it’s important that EACH package is clearly
labeled on the outside of each box with your compa-
ny name and venue location (e.g. YOUR COMPANY -
18 Green Marquee).

Q: Can I bring items/boxes into the tournament
during the week?
A: No, any items larger than 6" x 6" x 6" will not be
allowed inside the tournament. All items larger than
6" x 6" x 6" need to be delivered by July 12th.
Q: Can I bring my laptop/ tablet into the tourna-
ment?
A: Laptops must be approved PRIOR to the event.

Q: Can I leave items inside my venue overnight

A: Items left in venues are your responsibility. The
WGC- FedEx St. Jude Invitational will work with you
to find a solution for the safe storage of your items.
Please communicate with the tournament team if
you will need to store items in your venue overnight.
Q: What should I do with my personal/company
items after the event is over (Sunday, July 28)?
A: You may take any personal or company items
with you that are easily transported out of the ven-
ue. Any items you wish to have returned must be
packaged and labeled before vacating your venue
on Sunday, July 28. Please ensure you have notified
the tournament team that you will be leaving items
to be picked up.

Hospitality FAQ
Concession Scrip
WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational scrip is available for advance purchase. Scrip is sold in $5 incre-
ments and may be used at all standard on-course concession locations. Unused scrip cannot be
returned for a refund and will be treated as a one-time use voucher upon redemption.
Corporate Shuttle Information
Beginning on Wednesday, July 24, all vehicles entering the WGC–FedEx St. Jude Invitational must
have either a shuttle pass or a parking pass. Due to the limited amount of parking available for the
2019 event, a convenient way to accommodate your guests is by utilizing a private shuttle.
Vehicles dropping off and/or picking up passengers at the designated shuttle area must have a
shuttle pass. Shuttle passes may not be used for parking. Due to the high volume of shuttle re-
quests, specific shuttle areas will be assigned upon receipt of your request. The tournament will
assign a drop off location based upon hospitality location.
• Shuttle Lot A – Drop off near the TPC Southwind Clubhouse for easy access to 18 Hospitality.
• Shuttle Lot D – Drop off in Lot D near the Main Tournament Entrance.

Logos and Invitations
As a corporate partner of the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, you are allowed to use the tourna-
ment mark ONLY as part of your sponsorship invitations. The WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational logo
cannot be used for any advertising or promotional purposes. All invitations must be approved prior
to distribution.
Pre-approved invitation templates featuring tournament imagery are available at

Shipping
If you intend to utilize any giveaways, gifts or additional items in your venue, boxes must be deliv-
ered to the tournament prior to July 12th. As the tournament receives many shipments leading up to
the event, please be sure to address all shipments with company name and venue location.
Please submit a shipping request form, available at WGCFedExHospitality.com. i Internet
Wireless internet access is available for your use in all hospitality venues. The network and
passcode will be listed on an information card inside your venue.

Event Tickets and Badges
Marquee, Bluff City Suites & FedEx Partners for St. Jude
Your event tickets and badges will be sent out via FedEx at the beginning of June. Each ticket is to
be used by one guest per day, and cannot be exchanged for venue access on another day. If you
would like to order additional tickets, please contact your account representative for assistance.
All hospitality tickets are given grounds access and will list the designated additional access. For
18 Marquee and Bluff City Suites clients, your company name will be printed on the tickets (text on-
ly, no logo).
Blues Club., Veranda, and Pavilion
Your event tickets and badges will be available digitally by Mid-June. Each ticket is to be used by
one guest per day, and cannot be exchanged for venue access on another day. If you would like to

Hospitality
Wristband Policy
A wristband, in addition to a tournament credential, is required in all hospitality areas. Wristbands
will be applied to all hospitality guests prior to entering the venue. Wristbands do not allow ac-
cess to the tournament; they only allow access to a specific hospitality area and must be used in
conjunction with a ticket.
Youth Access
Hospitality Access - Youth aged 5 and younger are free of charge when accompanied by a
properly credentialed adult, although hospitality venues are not well equipped for children’s en-
tertainment. Anyone 6 and older is required to have the appropriate credential and/or wristband

Florist
WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational uses the floral designs of expert florist, Warren Walker at
TLC. With TLC, you can rest easy knowing your designers are bringing not only creative
designs, but expert knowledge gained from decades of hands-on floral service with the
PGA TOUR. He will work with the tournament team to carefully match florals to the brand-
ing and decor within each venue.
18 Green Marquee & Bluff City Suites:
The floral arrangements in your venue were included in the cost of your hospitality pack-
age. Each table will have a fresh-cut floral centerpiece, specifically designed to match
your interior.
The buffet will be accompanied by a small, fresh-cut arrangement.
If you would like to customize or upgrade the flowers provided in your package, please
contact Caprice to discuss the details.
Blues Club, Veranda, FedEx Partners & Pavilion:
The floral arrangements in your pavilion are included in the cost of your hospitality
package. Each table within your space will have a fresh-cut floral centerpiece, specifically

The lunch buffet will be accompanied by a small, fresh-cut arrangement.

Salem Sports Signs, Inc. has supplied the professional golf industry with signs, score-
boards, caddie bibs, scoring standards and a variety of other golf tournaments products
and services for over 33 years. Some of these services include custom sign production,
