Hands - On Workshop
A Demonstration of the Neurophysiology of Moses Appliances
Dr. Allen J. Moses is a private practioner with a special interest, expertise and board certification in the diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders and oral appliances for controlling snoring and sleep apnea. He holds a faculty appointment as an assistant professor at Rush University College of Medicine in the Department of Sleep Disorder.
Dr. Allen J. Moses
The workshop content includes the lecture abstract that is located below. For the hands-on portion, Dr. Moses will teach people how to find the bite using the Manual Muscle Test (Isometic muscle contraction) technique. Each attendee will fabricatetheir own bite registration during this workshop.

Professor Daniel Wismeijer was graduated in dentistry at the University of Nijmegen in Nijmegen. In 1985 he started a general dental practice which since 1990 is a referral practice for oral implantology.

Dr. Ken Malament received his D.D.S from New York University College of Dentistry and a specialty certificate and Master’s degree from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.
