Context: OH Development Objectives

•System used by all NHS organisations.

•Correct data on employees “fitness to practice”

is available during the medical rotation between

organisations.

•Ability to extend the functionality to wider staff

groups.

•Reduced inappropriate Occupational Health testing

being undertaken, thereby saving cost and time!

• Delivered OH Clearance functionality - October 2009

• OH Steering Group have been the driver for realising benefits and determining additional user enhancements during 2009/10/11

• Agreed to develop OH Clearance Interface (bi-directional link) – ESR work completed June 2011
