From start to finish, your embroidery order is handled entirely in-house for maximum flexibility.

Our embroidery process begins with in-house digitization, custom-engineered to perfectly

recreate your artwork from our selection of 600 different thread colors. Embroidery offers scalable

production run sizes, works well for a versatile range of design options and is suitable for most

fabric types. We are able to execute 40+ unique placements – including pocket, collar, hip & bicep.

PRINTED HEAT TRANSFERLong-lasting branding

Using our exceptionally advanced in-house digital printer, we are able to print heat transfers in matte, metallic,

and even pearlized inks, then transfer them onto each garment. An in house printer allows you to enjoy flexible

production runs, faster turn-times, and lower minimum run sizes. And all of our garments are repeatedly

wash-tested to ensure the fabric consistently maintains the durability of our transfers. Heat transfers are perfect

for printing even small text and work well on technical fabrics. We can accommodate large orders

by outsourcing for screen printing, which has longer lead times and requires higher minimums.

3D EMBLEMExclusive, exceptional luxury

Providing the highest level of detail, color, and texture, our 3D Emblems create an exceptionally luxurious

appearance for the highest level of branding impact. These flexible, highly textural embellishments can be created

using both matte and metallic colors. 3D Emblems provide exquisite detailing and are heat-applied in-house.

Our Custom Appliqués blend incredible detail with a level of intricacy that allows your embellishment

to retain your brand’s distinctiveness, even in a smaller footprint. These are created offsite by our trusted

production partners and are then heat-applied in our facility, allowing us maximum flexibility

by gift-boxing your items, personalizing them with in-package letters, as well as printing and adding

FINISHING & PACKAGINGOver many years, we’ve honed our processes to make sure your order arrives in the most pristine

condition possible. Your newly decorated items are hand-trimmed, steamed, professionally folded,

and packaged in individual polybags that show off your branding. They’re then carefully loaded into

custom-sized boxes with dividers to ensure minimum shifting during shipment.
