Backed by an extraordinary range of testing, witness and validation facilities, ‘ATC Analyse’ offers the ability to partner customers in early integration of our new alternator products into their generating sets through collaborative design and assembly capabilities, enhanced alternator and generating set load testing, QA, IP, accelerated life testing and certification.

We assess against bespoke or pre-developed procedures, evaluations and simulations for new, bespoke or innovative products. And, can test diesel fuelled gensets, prime rated up to 3MW. We accept a wide voltage range up to 15kV and connect to loads of up to 5MVA at 0.8pf. The physical size of the test cell accommodates gensets up to 10 metres long with or without fitted radiators. It can also accommodate canopied and containerised gensets, fixed and variable speed.
