DAY ONE DAY TWO DAY THREE

UX Design - Core Concepts Hands On Training Research Intro & Wrap-Up

● The importance of enhancing UX Design skills within the Enterprise

● Creating an internal culture of user-centered design

● Integrating UX Design into the product and/or service roadmap and the agile development process

● Industry best practices for UX Design process, tools & measurement

● Creating a design system and style guide to effectively deliver design requirements to developers

● Group Activity: Collaborative UX Maturity Assessment

● Working in breakout teams of approximately 5 people (plus facilitator)

● Hands-on activities:

○ Strategically define your design challenge

○ Learn how to efficiently source inspiration and sketch solutions

○ Articulate design decisions and achieve group consensus around a single idea to move forward with (to test with representative users)

○ Storyboarding - Understand the importance of aligning concepts to user journeys visually

● Demo of digital prototyping (bring solution concepts to life)

○ Demo of industry standard UX design software including: Adobe XD or Sketch, Zeplin, InVision

● Introduction to UX Research and how to create usability tests that validate successful design concepts

● Interactive demo of collaborative user test

○ Learn how to prioritize research results

Fantastic offsite workshop space that include meals/refreshments available in London, Ontario and Downtown Toronto for an additional cost.

Additional participants for the Three Day UX Design Workshop $600 CAD per person up to a maximum of 20 total participants.

From designing world-class customer experiences to innovating in the digital space, Ash excels at driving projects forward to achieve business outcomes, while facilitating productive and collaborative team activities. She has taught design principles at Fanshawe College and is also proud to be the co-founder of Ladies that UX London, Ontario.
