With company pund we searched for its 4 currently most relevant strategic goals

We then mapped out its current Business Model and strategy

And analyzed how the 4 strategic goals are currently driving the Business Model

Finally, we determined how innovative and unique pund’s current strategy is in the market

And how realistic it is that the current strategic goals can be achieved

In the next phase we will look for the alternative ways of reaching pund’s strategic goals
