Interactive e-services –objectives

• automated processing

• further the benefits of e-filing services: speed, convenience and accuracy

• standardization (validation rules, converging data format, ISO 10646, ISO country codes)

How?

• real time processing– instant approval if validation passed and data matched

cannot turn the clock back to act on “unprocessed”paper filed request for the same transaction

• slip road – manual processing

• exact match of name, number, customer ID• status of application/registration• mandatory fields• confirmation on the same legal entity for name change or validity for

address(interactive request will be bounced back by the system if it cannot pass

validation checking - on a partial basis)
