OBJETIVOSEsta convocatoria se presenta con el fin de impulsar la cali-dad de las prácticas formativas desarrolladas en el marco de las becas Leonardo da Vinci.

SeSe trata de premiar estancias ejemplares en el cumplimiento de las pautas de calidad marcadas por Fundación Empresa-Universidad de Navarra y la Comisión Europea a través del Programa de Aprendizaje Permanente.

PARTICIPANTESEstá dirigida a todos aquellos participantes del programa Leonardo da Vinci que hayan recibido la beca a través de Fundación Empresa-Universidad de Navarra, cuyas estancias tengan una duración de 6 meses y se hayan desarrollado du-rante los años 2013-2014.

REQUISITOSLos participantes deberán presentar dos memorias: 1. Memoria del participante: presentación en formato Power Point o vídeo. La creatividad y el contenido de la me-moria se tendrán en cuenta en el proceso de selección.

Debe contener información sobre:» DESARROLLO DE LA PRÁCTICA» COMPETENCIAS ADQUIRIDAS» TRANSNACIONALIDAD DE LA PRÁCTICA Y ACTIVIDADES» EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL Y EVALUACIÓN

2. Informe/recomendación de la empresa:informe breve de la empresa comunicando el nivel de satis-facción con la práctica desarrollada. Se tendrá en cuenta el seguimiento personal de cada estancia (seguimientos men-suales remitidos) por parte de Fundación Empresa-Universi-dad de Navarra y la valoración final de la empresa.

OBJECTIVESThis proposal aims to improve the quality of work placements carried out under the Leonardo da Vinci pro-gram.

The University of Navarra Business Foundation, adhering to the quality guidelines established by the European Commission for the Long life Learning Program, will present THE WORKPLACEMENT EXCELLENCE AWARD to the best work experience of 2013.

PARTICIPANTSThisThis proposal is open to all the Leonardo da Vinci participants who have received a grant from the University of Navarra Business Foundation for six-month placements carried out during the year 2013-2014.

REQUIREMENTSThe participant must submit two reports:1.1. Participant Placement Report: This must be a Power Point or video presentation. Creativity and general content will be taken into account during the selection process. It must cover the following 4 aspects:» GENERAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLACEMENT» SKILLS ACQUIRED» TRANSNATIONALITY AND LEASURE ACTIVITIES»» PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND EVALUATION

2.2. Report and/or recommendation of the host company: this should be a brief report on the host company’s level of satisfaction and should include references to the work place-ment, the participant, as well as an overall view of the Leo-nardo da Vinci Program. The monthly workplacement reports of each candidate as well as the final evaluation test comple-ted by the company at the end of the placements will be taken into account.

SOLICITUDESEl plazo para recibir las solicitudes queda abierto desde el 17 de febrero hasta el 31 de marzo.Las candidaturas y los ganadores del premio a la mejor prác-tica serán publicadas en nuestra página Web antes del 7 de abril.

PREMIOS» 1er Premio al participante: 1.000€» 2º Premio al participante: 500€» Certificado de excelencia para la Empresa: Invitación a la empresa a recoger diploma acreditativo en el campus de la Universidad de Navarra. Los premios serán entregados en la ceremonia.

LasLas memorias de los participantes podrán ser seleccionadas y publicadas en una guía de buenas prácticas. Asimismo, los ganadores serán entrevistados para publicación en nuestra página Web o diferentes publicaciones de la Universidad de Navarra. FundaciónFundación Empresa-Universidad de Navarra podrá contras-tar la información aportada por el participante con la Empre-sa directamente.La asistencia a la ceremonia de entrega de premios es requi-sito imprescindible para obtener el premio. Si el participante no asistiera, el premio quedará automáticamente cancelado.

APPLICATIONSApplications can be sent as of the 17th of February. The deadline is the 31st of March.Details of all participants and final prize-winners will be pu-blished on our Web site before the 7th April.

PRIZES»» 1st prize “Work-Placement Excellence Award”: 1.000€ for the participant. » 2nd prize: 500€ for the participant.» “Work-Placement Excellence” certificate for the winning participant’s host company: invitation to visit the Universityof Navarra to pick up the diploma. All the prizes will be given at the ceremony.

TheThe participant placement reports may be selected and pu-blished in a good-practices guide. Winners may be inter-viewed and statements published on our Web site and/or other publications related to the University of Navarra.The University of Navarra Business Foundation reserves the right to contrast any information directly with the Host Company.Assistance to the Excellence Awards ceremony is an essential requirement in order to obtain the prize. Failure to do so will result in automatic annulment of the prize.
