• In 2015/2016 stress accounted for 37% of all work related ill health cases and 45% of all working days lost due to ill health. (HSE)
• 95% of business we work with don’t actively use Stress Risk Assessments.
• 97% of Managers that we work with don’t know about the Management Standards and their responsibility to prevent workplace stress.
Why should you care? Mitigating the risk.
• Mental health problems cost business on average £1,300 per employee per year. With around 1 in 6 employees experiencing a mental health problem. (Mind 2017)
• Mental Health conditions and problems are classed as a disability under the Equality Act 2010.(Gov)

Access to our Talking Therapies Referral Service
Be. recognises there can be times when additional support and therapies are needed for employees, to enable and empower them to be their best selves and thrive. Not only in the workplace but in their whole lives.
We provide:
• Telephone or Face to Face Ethical Needs Assessment with our Wellbeing Practitioner.
• A recommended minimum of six face to face session of an appropriate talking therapy with a BACP registered therapist.
• An exit plan with our Wellbeing Practitioner

Managing Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers Training:
• 100% of delegates said that they would recommend the course to others.
• 99.9% of delegates said that the trainers knowledge on the subject was either excellent or very good.
