1. Honesty-involves both what you say (or don’t say) and how you act. In communication it is telling the truth as best you know it and being truthful, genuine, and frank. Honesty in conduct means playing by the rules, without stealing, cheating, or fraud.

O Includes the attitudes and things we do that define how we should behave as part of a larger community in which you live.
O It can also be the business community in which you work. A good citizen does more than his/her “fair” share to make the community work.
