Discover how mudras (myscal hand gestures) and inner inquiry can connect you
more deeply to your body and to your heart. Mudra will join asana as a tool to help
facilitate the inner a=tudes you hope to culvate. Let your pracce be right at the
p of your fingers as you enhance the power of your poses and add inspiraon to
any meditaon. Open to all who want to discover ways to value your own power.
To reach a deep res@ul sleep, the spirit, mind and body need to be calm. The yoga
class will provide informaon about insomnia and how yoga tools can help to create
a simple and res@ul night me roune. Creang a ritual of soothing rituals can bring
the nervous system back into balance and simple yoga techniques can calm anxiety
and slow down the mind.
Laughter yoga combines laughter with Yogic Breathing (Pranyama) as a body exercise
– a unique and complete exercise workout for health and wellness. Laughter lowers
stress hormones in the blood, fosters a posive and hopeful a=tude, improves
depression and anxiety and has enormous benefits for one’s physical, mental and
emoonal health. Knowledge of Yogic Poses or Pranyama is not necessary.
Join us for a rich exploraon into the Yoga of Sound, or Nada Yoga. In addion to a
longstanding tradional pracce, there is a growing body of evidence to support the
healing and relaxing properes of sound vibraons. This class will touch on the
various areas of sound, including Mantra, voice, and singing bowls.
