DESCRIPTION

A great coach has four personas: Professor (ability to simplify key concepts to make them understandable), Drill Sergeant (to absolutely hold you accountable), Social Worker (to empathise and support when 'it' hits the fan) and the Business Consultant (who understands commercial reality and can talk your language). The coach's job is to induce positive change across both dimensions of leadership - the BEING (inner world of purpose, values, authenticity, fatal flaws, confidence etc) and the DOING (outer world of taking action / getting results through and with others).
