We make new plays happen ... by developing playwrights.

THANK YOU TO Barry West, Onstage Atlanta and all the creative artists picking up where they could to make this event happen!

Special thanks to YOU for helping make new plays happen!Working Title Playwrights makes new plays happen... by developing playwrights. WTP operates on about $20,000 annually. Pretty extraordinary considering we offer developmental workshops throughout the year for every stage of the writing process, from the earliest beginnings of a story for the stage through competitive series that provide week-long workshops and staged readings for the public.

If you enjoy this eveningʼs event, please consider making an additional tax-deductible contribution to our cause of creating new plays for the global stage. You may send your contribution to WTP, P.O. Box 585, Decatur, GA 30030-0585 or via Paypal to [email protected]. WTP is the premiere new play development organization in the Southeast. For more information, please visit our website at www.WorkingTitlePlaywrights.com.

A note from WTPʼs Managing Artistic Director...

Thanks for coming out to play with us tonight! It all looks like fun and games, but a lot of hard work and caffeine went into this evening’s production. You may be unaware that WTP is primarily funded by membership and workshop fees. Your contributions at our public events such as this are vital to our ability to sustain our mission for making new plays happen by developing playwrights. So, thank you again, for supporting our endeavor.

Production Personnel

Stephen Banks is a mystery wrapped in an enigma stuffed in a turkey w/ a crunchy Dorito shell. Laurel Crowe isn’t afraid of Cylons and feels that they are misunderstood. Laura Carson is unavailable for clown parties. Curt Shannon will tell you that he always lies. Don't believe him. Daniel Guyton is allergic to laughter. If you chuckle while reading this, he might sneeze. Hilary King is going to blame this escapade on Ambien. Dave Fisher is  American by accident of birth, a southerner by the Grace of God. Sara Crawford aspires to be a crazy cat lady (mrreeowww). Amina S. McIntyre may not appear tonight if she won the $640 million dollars. Nick Boretz has stolen his own identity. Unfortunately the pants didn’t come with it. Tara Helrich wishes for world peace...and crisp diet coke. David Crowe Only ten words? Heck, Jill, ten words barely begins to Raymond Fast writes plays because he can't sing or dance. Jamie Lord says she's top-rack dishwasher safe. We say "prove it." Doug Graham Is. You're welcome! Starshine Stanfield can kill you with her brain. Jessica Fern Hunt would like to thank the Academy...I misunderstood the assignment. Carolyn Choe’s says Have an Out of Box Experience:  www.outofboxtheatre.com. Steve Craig: DAVE FM's morning DJ likes music, mojitos, and The Ramones. Topher Payne don’t need no stinkin’ sleep. He has art. & coffee, his dark mistress. Adam Montague was lured into a car yesterday w/ promises of candy & now he’s in a play! Daniel Burnley is your secret boyfriend. Katie Schaffer should stop saying that she’s dying for opportunities. Kelly Criss dedicates this performance to the G.O.P. Jill Patrick apologizes in advance for her capabilities. Barry King’s slap happy to be involved with the 24 Hrs Again. Rene Voige’s next show is “Hairspray”. Thanks for coming and enjoy the show! Jef Holbrook lives under a bridge with his cat, Morris. Jo Howarth tries to coax Jef Holbrook out from under said bridge, but has better luck with Morris. Darius Booker is a CSU thespian way super happy to be here! If Mary Claire Klooster messes anything up just imagine it better. William Joel Coady is so stoked to be the new guy! Boyd Gossett doesn’t trust Cylons. Send those frakin toasters to the Brig! Lory Cox knows nothing about Cylons, but now has her interest peaked! Judith Beasley is happy to be back at The 24 HR. Plays for the 4th year. Jessica Farr is proudly making her premiere acting performance in Atlanta! Steven Pryor is happy to make his 24 HR. debut performance. He’s not even sleepy! Aaron Gotlieb really enjoys his annual dose of instant theatre! Natashya Armer-Giardina is pleased as punch, I mean whiskey! Bob Smith is obedient and, as such, a director’s dream. See Auntie Mame! Candace Mabry is making her 24 HR. Play debut, loves dogs & Mr. President! Stacy Vaccaro would never tie her dog to the roof. Presidents are another matter.
