1. Clarify your career plans, consider who to apply to, you could
target firms already on the register of Tier 2 sponsors
2. If you are offered a position and issued with a Certificate of
Sponsorship you can apply for permission to stay in the UK
for up to three years on a Tier 2 (General) visa
3. If necessary direct employers to the information on the UKBA
web site about joining the register of Tier 2 sponsors
