Scheme Management

Referrals are sent by Cocoon electronically on a weekly basis

Upon receipt of referral customer is contacted within 48 hours

Survey appointments are arranged

All surveyors are CRB checked and City & Guilds 6176 accredited in Energy Awareness

Technical assessment for insulation measures at time of visit and installed within 2-3 weeks

Progress of all referrals is updated daily

Scheme Delivery

Survey of property Eligibility is assessed Technical survey carried out Quotation given Installation Date agreed/scheduled

Records are kept up to date using approved excel spreadsheets

A dedicated telephone link from cocoon (Three way conversation) Details phoned direct to our office whilst

customer is on telephone to Cocoon Appointment made there and then

Monthly Report to USEA on progress
