I-Café Pilipinas is a national advocacy organization that is tasked to achieved the following:

• Develop programs and activities that are aimed to uplift the internet café industry to greater heights.

• To develop partnerships and linkages between the internet café operators and other stakeholders in the ICT industry.

• To further develop the concept of what the internet café of the next decade would be in terms of services to be offered and its physical facilities

• Creation of a national umbrella organization of all internet café associations around the country
