Just point your web browser at the Live Forms server and login with a user account with permissions to design forms & workflows.The palette contains various controls types. Many have their own built-in validation to prevent eform submissions having missing data or invalid data such as a missing digit in a social security number. Business users find the drag & drop UI intuitive and easy to use. Multiple forms can be composed into a single multi-step screenflow filled by a single user. There is also a Step by Step tutorial so you can see how easy it is to create this workflow.Great way to demonstrate the new v5 features.The New Employee On Boarding Workflow is an example of something that all businesses need to do. Typically the process of on-boarding an employee involves a number of forms. The new employee completes forms, signs and reviews the generated pdf or the generated W4 for this employee . In the U.S., most employees are required to complete a W4 form when beginning new employment. In the demo, the new employee fills out the required forms on a tablet, specifically an ipad. Once the employee is satisfied with the pdf and has entered all the data, he or she will click continue and the request will go to a manager. In this demo, the manager is going to be notified and view his or her task list on a smart phone using the Live Forms Quick View and Quick Approval feature. You can very quickly view and accept or reject your tasks.Finally, the last step of the workflow is HR.
