Your Monday Plan should be very Simple. Do not plan anything too ambitious for a Monday Morning

It would reduce your anxiety for Monday beating Monday Blues.

Your Monday should be filled with simple tasks that you can easily

complete. Fill your Monday with a lot of simple and easy to complete

tasks. This boosts up your confidence, sets you in control & ensures you

do not get tired in the beginning of the week.

Set Tuesday for One Challenging Task

Plan for Tuesdays contains one Challenging TaskWhich Requires an UnConventional Approach

Picking up such a task on the 2nd day of the week ensures that you have

enough bandwidth to complete it within the week including the

stakeholder management.

It is not necessary that every Tuesday a new project is to be taken up.

What we are emphasizing is not projects but Task. Pick up such a task on

Tuesday that you know would be challenging & may need stakeholder

management along with negotiations.

the business, all you need to do is to involve the stakeholder. Explain the

approach, Clear their apprehension, take a note of scenario & questions

that need further study. Involve the Leaders (either in discussion or

update them as the situation may be). Your efforts will lead to engaged

stakeholders working towards a common goal.

to be resolved. The questions that were not in scope on Wednesday can
