LOOKUPSLookups allow creating advanced queries to retrieve various data stored within SharePoint. Such queries can return values aggregated from many items, and the results can be filtered and sorted according to a number of set conditions. Lookups can also use various functions to modify data.

SDK AND WEBSERVICESThere is a simple method of integrating Workbox with external systems. SDK allows you to build custom Functions and Acivities, and Workbox Webservice allows actions to be executed from external applications.

CONDITIONAL ACTIONSAuthorized users have all functions available by default. However, it is possible to set up conditions which will make a given action available only in specific circumstances.
