A TOD stands for Transportation Oriented Development. It mixes urban land uses to create a dense, walkable, multi-modal regional transit hub. Our team focuses on creating a new Amtrak Station that serves as an annex and platform to interconnect nearby community, whose goal is to bring work/live balance district to the resurrecting Detroit.
