• to pep up team meetings—write 3 words on a whiteboard which 'set the tone' for the meeting and just leave them there. You don't have to even mention them!

• to start the day with children—ask them to choose a few words (up to 3 is enough and not too many) and then agree to keep them in mind that day

• to add a bit of sparkle to emails—it's easy to write the same old thing and to find a few words people aren't used to seeing or hearing from you, catches their attention

• to name a project—calling it something positive and 'hooky' is far more inspiring to everyone involved in the project
