The challenge was to procure the best facilities then available in India and include the same in the hospital. Expectations were high. With Kolkata being a prominent centre of business, a number of MNCs were headquartered here. The expatriates who work- ed for these MNCs would settle for nothing short of the best. And the onus was on Woodlands to satisfy them with quality services.
