DESCRIPTION
Design plans for Woodlands Trail and Park Interpretive Center designed on constructed wetlands. Designs are included for a potential River Pavilion located at the historic site of English Turn, one of many destinations along the Mississippi River Trail. Cost estimates are included for the construction of the Interpretive Center. Designs were developed by Louisiana State University, School of Architecture, Office of Community Design and Development. The design were was funded in part with a grant from the Greater New Orleans Foundation – Plaquemines Community Fund and ConocoPhillips.TRANSCRIPT
