A standard picket fence consists of 1x4 or 1x6 dogeared pickets with optional spacing betweenthe pickets. We use 2 x 4 x 8 frame rails and pressure treated pine 4x4 or 6x6 posts. All ourpicket fence posts are set in pre-mix concrete. Most commonly picket fences are 3 to 4 foot highand 5 to 6 foot high picket fence is refurred to as a simi-private fence.
