My personal experience
1. Be prepared to learn every day for the rest of your life
2. You will need much more than just engineering skills (project management, business acumen, thought leadership, communications…)
3. Be a change agent – lead change and think out of the box
4. Be yourself and excel in teamworking and networking
5. Set high goals for yourself and never, ever give up!
