Our founding member's father and grandfather were both general contractors, andevery attorney in the firm has some level of real experience in the construction field.The firm itself has roots in construction, as its first office was opened in NewOrleans just two months after Hurricane Katrina, laying its foundation in the largestconstruction market the United States has ever seen.

Oscar WolfeO!ce Mascot

Scott G. Wolfe, Jr.Founder

Scott obtained his J.D. degree from Loyola University of New Orleans, and his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. In 2006, 2007 and 2008 New Orleans City Business magazine named Scott as one the 50 Leaders in Law.

The son and grandson of general contractors, Scott is a construction litigator in Louisiana andWashington, and the founding member of Wolfe Law Group.

Scott has a strong background in business and commercial transactions and laws. He focuses hispractice on the legal issues facing the construction industry. Scott is LEED AP.

Seth obtained his J.D from Loyola University of New Orleans and his B.A. from Louisiana StateUniversity in Baton Rouge, LA.

The son of a general contractor, Seth has work experience in the construction industry prior toentering law school. During law school, he clerked for Wolfe Law Group for two years, managing research, drafting pleadings and working closely with clients on matters in both Louisiana and Washington.

He is the founding author of the legal Louisiana Green Building Law blog (www.lagreenlaw.com).

Jason Stone

Of-Counsel

Jason Stone is a construction attorney licensed to practicein Washington and Montana.

He has worked as a special assignment attorney in K&LGates’ e-Discovery, Analysis and Technology Group, andas the principal to his own firm, Jason Stone Law.

Jason is a graduate of Utah State University, where heearned his B.S. in Civil Engineering, and prior to his lawcareer, he worked as a forensic engineer providingengineering and construction consulting services for anin anticipation of civil litigation.

Jason received his Juris Doctor degree from theUniversity of Montana School of Law in Missoula,Montana.

Oscar Wolfe

The Boss

Born in the hills of Texas, Oscar became part of the WolfeLaw Group family in June of 2006. Today, he’s a comfortable resident of the New Orleans office in thewinter, and the Seattle office in the Summer, and workshard to keep our staff, guests, clients and passers-bysmiling.

Not only does Oscar raise spirits at the office, he’s also amotivation for part of the firm’s charity choices. In March2008, Wolfe Law Group announced a working relationshipwith Specialty Roast, where all coffee used at our officeswould be purchased with Oscar on the label and each bagbringing a $2.00 donation to the Louisiana and KingCounty SPCA organizations.

Paul CarriereLaw Clerk

Paul obtained hi B.A. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge,Louisiana. He now attends law school at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he expects to graduate with a Juris Doctor degree inMay 2011.

Paul manages research and writing tasks for a broad range of clients in both Louisiana and Washington.

Kim RossLaw Clerk

Kimy obtained her B.A. from the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge,Louisiana. She now attends law school at the Paul M Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University, where she expects to graduate with a Juris Doctordegree in May 2011.

Kimy manages research and writing tasks for a broad range of clients in both Louisiana and Washington.

Emily WolfeMarketing & Design

Emily Wolfe received her B.A. from Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career working for Accenture HR Services, a global management consultant and technology company, as a consultant recruiter.

Emily manages the marketing campaigns for Wolfe Law Group, and thedesign of marketing, web and business materials, as well as all Wolfe LawGroup promotions and advertising.
