National+Leadership+Development+Conference+2011National Leadership Development Seminar is an initiative powered by AIESEC and has been implemented in every AIESEC entities around the world. The Seminar is social oriented project, aims to motivate Mongolian and International AIESEC members help them to have positive impact on society and get bigger network. The Seminar helps delegates to discover themselves, and exchange experience with AIESEC members from Mongolia and other countries. Its’s a good place to understand who you are exactly, and how can you impact in society. Seminar also includes a lot of sessions, and training related to students’ major.

What makes this space truly unique is the union of thoughts from across section of youth, development experts and young leaders with the intention of creating societal changes and leadership in communities.

AIESEC Mongolia’s Winter National Leadership Seminar 2014 The Seminar will be five day event where students from top universities of Mongolia and other countries will discuss and analyze AIESEC Mongolia’s operation and plan for the next coming year.

Date: 13th - 18th January 2014

Participants: We are anticipating 100 students from top universities in Mongolia (National University of Mongolia, University of Humanities, Mongolian International University, Institute of Finance and Economics, Mongolia University of Science & Technology, Univerisity of Health and Science, and Mandakh Burtgel Institue) to participate in the seminar.

Theme: Better than a dream

We believe that Mongolia is changing at a very fast pace. The demographics, labour mobility, emergence of mining industry, ongoing social issues and volatile economic conditions are among many factors that have changed role of business and its interaction with communities.

In this rapidly changing period, youth can’t just stay lazy and loose all the wonderful choices we have. We have to be very eager to learn new things and never stop developing ourselves. This is one of the biggest reason to become an AIESEC member. Every young people should have a brilliant dream, and never stop dreaming for more. So this is what our Seminar is going to give you. The Seminar will make your dream bigger and better.

This is the value we are providing for delegates and the theme is how we are going to do it.
