People judge you based on different facts they see on you. They might have judged the hair style you’ve had,the clothes you’ve wear, those words you’ve said, and those things you’ve done.
It’s just like there’s a system out there,
a system that has its own perfect equation to come out of a system that has its own perfect equation to come out of what the best answer it think it is. Everyone will be forced to get into this machine, get scanned by it,and be evaluated and scored whether it is right or wrong, good or bad.
It tells whether you can or cannot make it, that you will or will not be it.
Therefore, after the role of MCP of
term 1415,
I actually like to be asked why I decide
to be OCVP of 2016 WNCF because this
is exactly the message I want to deliver
it out.
As what one of my MCVP always says,
“Leadership is not about position.” “Leadership is not about position.”
isn’t it?
I choose to run another half year of
AIESEC by this role because I want to
achieve something else.
I want to challenge myself to be a
member again.
I want to test what level of my I want to test what level of my
leadership and management can be.
I want to see what I have learnt from
the past five years
could really make a difference of me
and for others or not. And one of the
most importance,
I want to enjoy again to fight and live I want to enjoy again to fight and live
with the people I love.
To run and host these two conferences,
means more than anything that you can
imagine of.
“So, why not?”
So next time when you turn on the
machine in your brain,
if you are willing to twist a bit, and put if you are willing to twist a bit, and put
that person out of this cruel detector.
And
try to appreciate who he/she is.
Let them have a chance to stand on their
own stage, to shine and to be.
I am proud to part of this OC team,
to be the OCVP of business development, to be the OCVP of business development,
the agenda manager of next Youth Speak
Forum.
Why not come and join our conference to
explore more stories we have in AIESEC
in Taiwan?
