permitted:

- within 500m of a pelican colony

- within 300m of a great blue heron colony

From March15 to August 15 No crown land activity is

permitted:

- within 200m of a bald eagles nest

- within 1000m of peregrine falcon nest

- within 200m of an osprey nest
