As Parliament has approved only vote on account for one sixth (116th) of the BE 2016-17 fortwo months upto May, 2016, expenditure may be restricted to 1/6th of the allocation made till theregular budget is voted by the Parliament and assented to by the President of India.

The expenditure during the financial year 2016-17 may be planned especially under OfficeExpenses and Travel Expenses in such a way that the expenditure is spread over evenly and funds maybe retained for obligatory expenditure like electricity, Water and Telephone bills etc. to avoid lastminutes rush to Hqrs. office.
