We are off to a great start in 2016. In January, we met our overall incoming order target, as well as our shipping target. As usual, we had some over-performing territories/markets that offset others. We had an excellent NaFonal Business Development team meeFng in Springfield that brought focus to each of our markets. The key to our success in 2016 will be to be incredibly focused, both at the factories, and in the market place. At our NaFonal meeFng in Springfield we recognized some of the extra ordinary efforts of team members who disFnguish themselves as going over-and-beyond on a daily basis, and who had an excepFonal year in 2015. That said, we have a tremendous number of team members throughout the organizaFon who are responsible for our success. We salute not only those receiving an award, but we acknowledge the amazing effort of each of our team members who are responsible for our success. In February, two of the dominant teams in the NFL are featured in the Super Bowl. Nudo and Marlite are two of the dominant brands in our market. In this newsleRer issue, we note some of the differenFaFng features that make our Company so unique. We congratulate the Super Bowl teams, and congratulate the teams that comprise Nudo and Marlite. Each have incredible records and achievements! Letter from Darryl Dan Schmidt was the winner of the presFgious DisFnguished Service Award for 2015. This award is granted to the one person within the enFre Company who disFnguished themselves from all others with their level of commitment, service and accomplishments. Dan was the unanimous winner of this award, selected by the ExecuFve team. Dan has been a loyal team member at Marlite for over 26 years, and manages the Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance of our products. While many of Dan’s acFviFes are behind the scenes and un-noFceable by many, when one more closely reviews the documentaFon and processes that he manages, you cannot help but be incredibly impressed. Dan does all of these responsibiliFes with minimal management over sight, which makes these accomplishments even more impressive. CongratulaFons to Dan for this well-deserved recogniFon! Every year the Company recognizes the one supplier of goods and services who performs more as a partner than simply a supplier. The award this year goes to MJB.
