ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIbITS

Standard booth background and side rails, decoratedwith bengalinecurtains and uniform two-line signs are providedwithout charge. Allotherfurnishings,equipment,facilities,etc.,willbeprovidedbyExhibitoratitsownexpenseandresponsibility.Theymay,atExhibitor’sdiscretion,be obtained through the official suppliers. Booth backgrounds areeightfeetinheightanddividerrailsarethreefeetinheight.intheareathree feet forward from the rear background of each booth, displaymaterialsmaybeplaceduptoaheightnotexceedingthefacility’sheightlimitations.inanyportionoftheboothbeyondthreefeetfromtherearbackgroundofthebooth,allpartsoftheexhibitshallbeplacednottoexceedtheheightoftherail,whichisthreefeetfromthebuildingfloor.AnydeviationmustbesubmittedtoExpoinc.forpriorapproval.Exhibitsnot conforming to these specifications of which in design, operationorotherwise,areobjectionableintheopinionofthemanagementwillbeprohibited.Alldemonstrationsandexhibitsmustbeconfinedtotheexhibitbooths.Noexhibitorshallassign,sub-let,orsharethewholeoranypartoftheboothspaceallotted.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Theuseofflammableandvolatilematerialsisprohibited.Thisincludes:Tanks attached tomachinery and vehicles.All vehiclesmust have thegastankdrainedandalockedortapedgascap.Batterycablesmustbedisconnected.Allbutane,propaneand/oranyotherkindofflammablegaspressurevessel,includingemptyvessels,arestrictlyprohibited.

DrapingmaterialsandotherdecorativematerialsmustbeflameproofandcomplywithallStateandlocalregulations.Exhibitorsareprohibitedfromusingamplifyingequipmentthatisobjectionable.Exhibitorsmustconfinetheiractivities totheircontractedspace.Exhibitorswillnotbepermitted to use strolling entertainment nor to distribute samples orsouvenirsexceptfromtheirownbooths.

Concessionaire must approve all distribution of food. Exhibitors whousecostumedgirlsormannequinsshouldbesurethattheirmannerofappearanceanddressissuchastonotoffendeventhemostcritical.Expoinc. reserves the right to require themodificationofanyquestionableexhibit.

LIAbILITIES

TheExhibitoragreesthatExpo inc. itsagents,andemployeesandthehosting facility or its employees: (a) Will not be responsible for anydamagetoorforthe lossordestructionoftheExhibitor’spropertyorinjuries to the Exhibitor, his representatives, agents or employees, allclaimsforsuchloss,damage,destructionorinjurybeingexpresslywaivedbytheExhibitor;(b)WillbeexemptedfromorindemnifiedforanyclaimsforinjurytoanyoftheExhibitor’srepresentatives,agentsoremployees.

Expoinc.itsagentsandemployees,willnotbeliableforfailuretoholdtheExhibitsasscheduled.Paymentsforboothspacewillbereturnedinthateventexceptthatanyactualexpense incurred inconnectionwiththe Exhibitswill be deducted if the Exhibits are called off because offire,oranyactofGod,orthepublicenemy,orstrike,orepidemic,orany lawor regulationofpublicauthorityoranyotheractbeyondthecontrolofExpoinc.whichmakesitimpossibleorimpracticabletoholdtheExhibition.

INSURANCE⁄SECURITY

Exhibitors wishing to insure their materials, goods and/or wares ondisplay in the Exhibit against theft, damage by fire, accident, loss orliabilityofanykind,mustdosoattheirownexpense.

Expo inc. will provide security guard service throughout the entiremeeting, including the official periods of exhibit installation anddismantling.ThefurnishingofsuchserviceisinnocasetobeunderstoodorinterpretedbyExhibitorsasguaranteeingthemagainstlossortheftofanykind.

MATERIAL HANDLING-CRATE STORAGE

Youmayhandleyourownexhibits,machinesormerchandise inmostsites. Please read the cover letter in the Exhibitor’s Show Kit. if youarrangespecialriggingyoumustcoordinatethetimingofthismovewithDecorating Services. Arrangements for this service and crate storagemaybemadewithDecoratorServices.Pleaseseemanualforshippinginstructions and receival services information and rates. Be sure yourexhibitisontime.Takeadvantageofthe30-daystoragebeforeshowincludedinthepublishedrates.

BOOTH RENTAL FURNITURE, ELECTRICITY AND LABOR

Youwill receive an Exhibitor’s ShowKitwell in advanceof the show.Advanceorderformsforfurniture,carpet,tables,electricalservice,setanddismantlelaborwillbeincluded.Orderingthisequipmentandtheseservicesinadvancewillensurebetterserviceandlowercost.

ADMISSIONS

Expoinc.willhavesolecontroloveralladmissions.AllpersonsvisitingtheExhibitareawillbeadmittedaccordingtotherulesandregulationsoftheExhibitasissuedoramendedbytheauthorizedrepresentativeoftheCorporation.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

ExhibitorswillabidebyallotherprovisionsoftheseRulesandRegulationsand with fire regulations and all other regulations of governmentalagenciesandthehostingfacility.itisexpresslyunderstoodandagreedbyapplicantthattheRulesandRegulationsoftheexhibitas issuedoramendedbyExpoinc.areherebymadeanintegralpartoftheContractandoftheagreementbetweenApplicantandExpoinc.forthisreferenceandtothesameextentandeffectasifsaidRulesandRegulationsweresetforthinfullinthecontract.
