my clients carry away with them after the

BBody Beautiful Boudoir was created to

celebrate personal connections. Largely, it

celebrates the relationship a person has

with themselves. For me, achieving a

photo that thrills the subject means taking

time to make a person – a man or woman –

really relax enough to be vulnerable with

me and me and my camera. That makes it possible

to create and capture incredibly special,

singular moments. For some, that moment

happens within the rst few minutes of our

session. For others, it takes a little longer

for them to allow the barriers to drop and

to become truly comfortable with the

pprocess. But we will get there.

After you have selected which Body Beautiful Boudoir photo session ts your needs, it's time to pick a date for your session. The payment of a deposit towards your session fee reserves your time slot and we can begin the planning process.

PPlease look for an email from me that includes a questionnaire about your photography session.

This questionnaire will help me learn more about your personal style, concerns and goals for this energizing experience.

AAs your session date approaches, I will email you some tips on preparing for your time in front of the camera and provide some suggestions on what to bring with you. Most importantly, don't forget your

condence! We have the rest covered!

For those of you who panic at the thought of selecting items to wear for your boudoir session, worry no more! It can be as simple or as complex as you wish. My rst recom-mendation is to go shopping in your own closet. Not every item needs to be lingerie. Look for a lacy or see-thru blouse or a soft, oversized sweater that can be pulled off of oversized sweater that can be pulled off of your shoulder. I suggest you bring at least one bra and panty set with you. If you are shopping for a new bra, keep in mind that a bra with lace on the top of the cup tends to make you look a whole size larger in photos (which can be an advantage to some and not to others!) If you are doing some and not to others!) If you are doing this shoot for a signicant other, consider bringing an item that belongs to him / her.

A dress shirt, a jersey, a work jacket. Have fun with it - it will blow his / her mind when they see the images. Don't forget jewelry and accessories. Bold, simple, colorful, ele-gant - bring an assortment. The accessories will add variety to your images. Of course bring your sexiest black piece, but consider adding a color or two to your collection. You adding a color or two to your collection. You will be glad you did! Put some shnets or thigh high stockings in your bag and don't forget the garters. Finally, don't forget your heels. The higher the better honestly. tion. You don't need to worry about a thing; just simply show up with your outts for

your session.

Once you arrive, we'll also go through the outfits and accessories you brought once you arrive and help you narrow them down if need be. Together we will pick out the outfit you are most comfortable in - we will want to start with that one. Many clients are anxious at the start of the session and it is my goal to calm your nerves before we begin shooting, so we will nerves before we begin shooting, so we will take a few extra minutes talking and reviewing your goals for your session. Some clients will enjoy a sip of wine that we have on hand (or other beverage of your choice) as we discuss general posing tips with you.

We will start off with the simplest of poses and coach you on exactly where to look, how to smile, where to place your hands or your feet. Many clients have a specific part of their body that they are self-conscious about and we will talk about the best way for you to pose that is most flattering for you. You will not have to wonder if you are doing it "right" or if you look wonder if you are doing it "right" or if you look o.k. We are super clear on exactly what to do. We will even show you photos along the way so you can be confident in knowing how amazing you look!

I will ask for your input along the way, too. If there is something you would like to try, I am all for it! I love trying new poses and different expressions. Some of my favorite shots are the "in between the shots" images -- where you are laughing at yourself or blushing at something we said. The more candid, natural images are most often our candid, natural images are most often our clients' favorites.

The time will pass by quickly. . . and if you are like most clients, won't want the session to end. When our time is up, however, you will know that you have worked hard and will be surprised at how much energy it takes out of you! (And me too!) The most exciting part for me is yet to come. So what happens next? Knowing that you are ying high and full of excitement

about your session, I will begin to review and edit your images typically within

48 hours. Unless you prefer to be totally surprised, I will not be able to contain

my enthusiasm and will forward one or two to you so that you can share in the

excitement of how gorgeous you look!

we have captured. We will start off with a slideshow of your portraits and then

narrow down to your favorites.

Q: I’m not a lingerie type girl. Can I still do boudoir?A: Absolutely! Lingerie is not the only way to look and feel sexy. You can do a boudoir shoot wearing a dress, robe, button-up, etc. Let us know if you are interested in a more

in-depth wardrobe consult.

Q: I’m not sure I feel comfortable spending money on myself.A:A: I totally understand. That’s why we offer payment plans to make a boudoir portrait experience manageable for any budget. This is an experience that you will cherish for

your lifetime and you’ll be able to look back at your pictures and cherish the memories

and experience for years to come.

Q: What if I don’t like my pictures?A:A: After photographing women for over twelve years, I’m condent that you will be thrilled with the nished product. However, if for any reason you’re unsatised you may

opt out of purchasing your photos.

Q: Do you include hair extensions?A: If you’d like hair extensions you’ll need to arrive with them in and your hair artist will style them in with your natural hair.

Q: Can I bring someone with me to the shoot? A:A: You are welcome to bring a guest, either a friend or signicant other. We ask that you inform us of the guest before the shoot, and please limit to one person as we have

limited shooting space. They may wait in the waiting room during your session.
