1. This certificate is valid for passage of two adults on a 4 night cruise. Airline Tickets, airport transfers, port charges, and miscellaneous expenses are not included. This certificate does include all meals and most shipboard activities. No alcoholic beverages are included with this offer. Booking and port fees are $198 per adult to be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

2. Accommodations are in select cabins on select ships. Your Travel America Vacations Inc. (Hereinafter called TAV) Cruise Specialist can provide information on available upgrades such as (a) Upgrade of stateroom; (b) Upgrade of cruise duration and/or itinerary.

3. This is a promotional package designed for travel between September and February on select sailings (excluding holidays). Cruising between March and August is available at an additional charge. All cruises subject to TAV’s availability on specific cruises and cabin allotment.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: All confirmed reservations are final and may not be changed in any way or transferred to another party. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to monetary penalties as determined by the published policy of Carnival Cruise Lines. All monies paid to TAV at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and credited to cancellation fees charged by the Cruise Lines. Any remaining balance will be credited to the passenger. Cancellations made within 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation penalties that have been implemented by the cruise line.

5. Third and Fourth person upgrades, when available, must be purchased through TAV at Carnival’s current published brochure rates.6. Only one travel offer per family/household/person can be used in a 12 month period. If two or more certificates are submitted, the additional

certificates will be deemed void and unusable. This package is not valid for employees or relatives of the participating merchant. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional package. NO discounts coupons or any other discounts may be used in conjunction with this offer. Please do not leave for your cruise until you have received confirmation, since cruises are booked according to the availability of TAV’s allotment of staterooms.

7. This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this offer. This package is subject to change without notice. All travel generated from the use of this certificate must be completed by the expiration date shown on the certificate except where prohibited by law. The expiration date cannot be extended.

8. Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise, and is the responsibility of the guest. 11. Group travel (being two or more certificate holders traveling together) is not permitted. The use of the certificate is for those recipients having received their certificate during the course of a promotion authorized by TAV and/or its agents.

12. All reservations can only be made upon payment in full of all monies owing. This certificate does not include port charges, government departure taxes and booking fees. Should Carnival decide to implement a fuel surcharge and require payment prior to departure, your credit card will be charged automatically; otherwise it will be charged at the time of embarkation.

13. All travel arrangements must be made at least 90 days in advance. To register your vacation, please fill out the attached registration form in its entirety and send it, along with your $40 USD registration fee, to: Travel America Vacations, Inc., 1465 Slater Road, PO Box 5007 Ferndale, WA 98248-5007. The $40 USD registration fee is non-refundable, except where prohibited by law. Only original and completely filled out registration forms will be accepted. Once your registration has been received you will be sent correspondence on how to finalize your booking.

14. Upon receipt of your activation fee, you will be sent correspondence providing details on available sailing dates, booking procedures and will also be given a toll free number to contact our Reservation Centre directly.

15. If transportation or other services are canceled by TAV, all sums paid to TAV for services not performed in accordance with the contract between TAV and Registrant will be refunded within thirty days unless Registrant requests TAV to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.

16. TAV is registered with the states of Florida and California as a Seller of Travel. Florida: ST37037; California: CST 2073374 – 40. Pursuant to the CA law, TAV has a required Trust Account.

17. TAV is solely responsible for this offer.18. TAV is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing cruises to become unavailable.19. Due to the promotional nature of this program, this certificate may not be sold or bartered to the end user and is non-transferable.
