What is new?

We have enhanced the Club CITGO mobile app for all participating Wisconsin locations. A new Alternate ID (Alt ID) feature enables your customers to receive an automatic 5¢ rollback at the pump and discounts on select items at the register. The Club CITGO app makes saving easy for your customers.

How do your customers receive their discount(s)?

Customers need to download the Club CITGO app and complete the account registration process. Before paying at the pump, a customer must enter their Club CITGO Alt ID. For in-store or pre-paid fuel discounts, ask your customer to enter their Alt ID on the PIN pad before ringing the sale. More information and training on processing discounts can be found in the training guide.

Locations not participating in this test will still be able to redeem traditional offers and the 5-minute timer still needs to be verified.

What happens to TriCLEAN® Tuesday and Fueling Good Friday?

At participating locations, both become a cents-per-gallon discount: 20¢ per gallon for TriCLEAN Tuesday and 10¢ per gallon for Fueling Good Friday. For non-participating locations, the coupons remain the same. These offers are valid for a maximum 20-gallon purchase. When presented, ask your customer if they would like to use their discount or hold it for a future purchase. If the customer choses to hold their discount, they will not receive their everyday 5¢ off per gallon.

What about CHECK IN Clubs?

The new Club CITGO 5¢ Rollback Promotion replaces CHECK IN Clubs. For locations not participating in the rollback promotion, CHECK IN Clubs will not be affected.

What about Sweepstakes?

Sweepstakes will still be available.

How will CITGO spread the word about this promotion?

News about this promotion will reach your customers through a mix of email, in-app notifications and POP at the participating retail locations.

Can retail employees participate in Club CITGO?

Yes. Employees at CITGO retail locations can take advantage of deals and rewards offered through Club CITGO. Employees are not eligible to participate in any sweepstakes drawings.

How will I be reimbursed?

CITGO reimburses the Marketer weekly for all fuel-related discounts and all the other discounts within Club CITGO (Traditional Deals & Rewards) monthly. If you have any reimbursement questions, please contact your Marketer.

How much does it cost to participate?

CITGO is funding the technology implementation as well as the fuel discount during the promotional period.

How does a Retailer sign up to participate?

Enrollment in this promotion has ended. To have a location considered for any extension of this promotion, please contact your Marketer.
