‣ Click Test Connection and wait for Success

• Select On to Enable System
• Click Save

• Set Refresh Frequency
• Note changes in Downloading Column

• Align PowerSchool values to corresponding
downloaded values

• Click Run Now
• First Pass, choose PUBLISH ALL
• Subsequent Passes, choose PUBLISH
MISSING

• Note changes in Processing Column
‣ Waiting > Started > Record Count
• Record Counts process left to right
• Record Counts in Published column indicate
data has arrived in WISEdata

• PowerSchool will work on any record counts to
the left of the center column of buttons
• Record counts in Processing and
Dependencies columns are processed top to
bottom
• Record counts in Publishing column are
processed as first-in, first-out

• User action is required to address record counts in
Errors and Data Exceptions columns
• If the Ed-Fi Transaction Listener for WISEdata is
enabled, corrected records will be re-queued for
processing automatically
• If the Ed-Fi Transaction Listener for WISEdata is not
enabled, the user should select Run Now >
PUBLISH MISSING to re-queue the records

Errors
• Choose Summary to identify record counts in
dependencies and errors

• The total record count is displayed in the top
left
• The results per page is defined in the top right
• Click the column title to sort the results
• Click the filter icon to limit the results
• Click the multi-filter icon in the first column to
clear all filters
Data ViewsResults Area
• Table grid tools allow easy navigation through
result pages
• Export button exports results to Excel
• Clear Cache refreshes the page to show
current results
• Back button returns to the Ed-Fi Reporting
