What’s New This Year?Safety & Sanitation Practices Based on our discussions with Kalahari Management, the resort and convention center is fully open for business, is up-to-date on their safety implementations and protocol, and has a detailed plan to meet the needs of families and convention goers. Attendees will be required to follow WCA safety practices.

Capacity LimitsCapacity for the convention and for individual seminars will be limited so that meeting rooms can allow for social distancing.

Staggered Start & End TimesTo minimize heavy traffic flow, ses-sion start times will be staggered by 15-30 minutes. We will list final start and end times for seminars as we get closer to the event. You will have the opportunity to indicate your sem-inar choices when you register.

Longer Lunch Breaks To allow for more transition time, we are adding 15 minutes to the lunch break. Thank you for your under-standing and flexibility as we work with Kalahari to provide healthy re-freshments per their catering guide-lines. Tentative meal and refreshment plans include:• A box lunch is included in your

registration fees on Friday and Saturday.

• Any refreshments provided will be pre-packaged.

• Coffee/tea will be served by Kalahari catering staff.

Exhibit Halls & BoothsYes, instead of one big room full of exhibit booths, this year, exhibit booths will be located in multiple hallways. We call this Exhibit Booths – COVID Style! The attendees will be moving one-way through the hallways by means of stickers and arrow floor tape. The booths will be located at least six feet apart.

Early Registration DeadlinesBy registering early you are helping us assign meeting rooms and determine meal counts based on registration counts. By waiting to register until the last minute, you risk some sessions being at capacity, or the convention may be sold out. Pre-Registration will CLOSE seven (7) days prior to the event so that we have time to get everything ready.

New this Convention, you will have the opportunity to register for one day, two days, or for the full convention. Registration fees include General Session, all Seminars for the days you’ve registered for, access to Exhibits and Lunch on Friday & Saturday.

Cancellation / Refunds (UPDATE)You may make changes to your registration without penalty until September 9. Beginning September 10, a $15 administrative fee will apply to all changes, trans-fers and cancellations.
