A minimum five-channel home theater amplifier with a sub-woofer output is required to operate the Wireless Bass Shaker system. The Bass Shaker unit housed in the seat back has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms. The Shaker Amplifier has a 16-gauge speaker wire attached to connect to the Bass Shakers. The Shaker Amplifier is housed in the back of the seat with the RF receiver. Recommended amplifier wattage (per seat): 50 watts. Use of higher wattage per seat could potentially damage the Bass Shaker. The Shaker Amplifier's output can only be used to connect other 50 watt amps. Connecting other electronics to the output could result in damage. The wireless transmitter kit should include one RF transmitter, one Y Cable, one cable with male ends and one transformer for the transmitter. The Bass Shakers are powered by the Shaker Amplifier and receive the same signal as your powered subwoofer. The Shaker Amplifier and RF Receiver will only receive a signal from the RF Transmitter that is connected to a subwoofer output or a low frequency effect channel (LFE).

S T E P 3Arm will unlock when pushed in directions as indicated.

S T E P 4Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have reached the final arm on the right hand facing side (RHF). This arm will release in the opposite direction as indicated.

S T E P 1Attach all connector pins into threaded plates. Bring arm to seat.

I M P O R T A N T N O T E S :CONNECTORS ALWAYS HAVE PINS ON THE RIGHT HAND FACING SIDE (RHF) AND SLOTTED CONNECTORS ON THE LEFT HAND FACING SIDE (LHF). LEAVE BACKS OFF UNTIL ARMS AND WEDGES HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO SEATS.

S T E P 2Line up back of arm with back of seat frame and push together. This will create a tight pressure fit (arm will lock in place).

I M P O R T A N T N O T E S :ATTACH ARM STARTING WITH THE RIGHT HAND FACING SIDE (RHF). ENSURE THAT ALL THE CONNECTING POINTS ARE TIGHT LEAVING NO GAPS BETWEEN SEAT AND ARM.

S T E P 3Attach next arm to seat. (This arm will attach to the seat the same as step 2.)

I M P O R T A N T N O T E S :ARM WILL BE FLUSH WITH BACK WHEN TOGETHER.

S T E P 2Stand at the back of the assembled unit. First push on the back of the left hand facing end arm until unlocked. Then push on the back of the seat to unlock it from the universal arm/wedge. Continue this sequence till the seat attached to the right hand facing end arm. Arrows show direction of release.

Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have completed your configuration. For seating with Bass Shaker options, refer to Bass Shaker Assembly before proceeding to step 4.

W A R N I N G :Do not allow children to play on this mechanized furniture or operate this mechanism. Leg rest folds down on closing, so a child could possibly be injured. Always leave in an upright and closed position. Keep hands and feet clear of mechanism. Do not operate mechanism with fingers between the seat cushions and/or arms. Only the occupant should operate the mechanism.

S T E P 4Kneel down to get at eye level with the mecha-nism posts while holding the chair back to have metal sleeves exposed to you. Line up sleeves with mechanism posts and slide sleeves onto the posts. Push down firmly to secure. Repeat step 4 as needed for your configuration.

S T E P 1Lift back sleeves from mechanism posts. Pull up firmly to release. NOTE: For seating with Bass shaker option, lay seat back on seat, and disconnect wiring. Repeat step 1 as needed for your configuration.
