These nets are in accordance with the future European standards which obligesthe manufaturer to precise sliding and opening values of crossing parts.
Geometry :
Size of the panel: minimum 3.0 x 3.0 m and maximum 6.0 x 4.0 m,
Size of the mesh: 200 X 200 mm (on request 150 x 150, 250 x 250 and 300 x300),
Type and diameter of the perimeter cable: 1+6x19 threads (DIN 3060) 1770 N/mm2diameter 16 mm (breaking 150 kN) or on request, diameter 14mm,
Type and diameter of mesh cable: 1+6x7 threads (DIN 3058) 1770 N/mm2diameter8 mm (breaking 40.50 kN) or diameter 9 mm (breaking 51.20 kN),
Approximative weight: 3,5 kg/m (type 8/16 mesh 200x200) 2,8 kg/m (type 8/16mesh 300x300)
Wire nets
Panels are realised with a mesh cable ( 8 mm),fixed to the crossing parts with high resistance clips givinga square mesh. The grid is hold to a perimeter cable (14ou 16 mm) on which it is fixed with aluminium sleeves.
Typical applications :Active protection: nets fixed directly on vertical slopes,Passive protection:nets fixed on posts and hold with cables to form a barrier.

High resistance crossing parts Type DMB 10:
Realised in steel (thickness 2.5 and 3.0 mm) electroplated (colour olive green),
they have an opening resistance of 11.6 kN and of 8.0 kN concerning the sli-ding.
Some panels manufactured with these crossing parts have been tested with a246.0 kN load without any damages. This load is equivalent to a 10m3 rockdebris volume.
Our nets exist with two types of crossing parts:
Standard crossing parts:
Realised in steel (thickness 2.0 mm), they have an opening resistance of 4.6kNand a 1.3kN resistance for the ripping.
N.B: On request, our cables can be gal-vanised and also with a green coatingfor a better integration in the landscape.

Wire nets can be assembled on a vertical slope pa-nel per panel or by an assembly of many panels.
In the case of an assembly, nets are connected toeach others with wire clips,diameter 16 mm, each 40
to 50 cm, uniting adjacent perimeter cables.
