Miami sometimes captures people's attention around the world for the wrong reasons, such as when young hip-hop newcomer Justin Bieber was arrested on South Beach last Thursday for drag racing with a rapper friend, while, allegedly, under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Media from around the world descended on Miami Beach and one article I ran across online even cited the occurrence as an "only in South Beach" type of story. That really got me thinking. Is there something intrinsic to South Beach that prompts this type of behavior from visiting celebrities? Or is there something about some celebrities that draw them to errant behavior like moths to flames? These questions prompted this week's cover story. Wire Editor Michael W.
