Once a credit card is entered into the system, you can make all purchases on it throughout the night and go to Express Check-out to pick up your items when ready to leave.
Auctions will close in consecutive order starting at 7:30 pm with the 100s. All bidding will be closed by 8:00 pm.
We accept all forms of payment: CASH, CHECK & CREDIT (MC, Visa, AmEx and Discovery).
You do not need to be present to win, but you DO need to pay for and pick up your item by February 12, 2016 or forfeit your item to the next highest bidder.

Winterfest Event Map
Thank you for your
contributions to
our event!
Nearly every
auction item
was
donated!
The Prairie Vista PTO and the Winterfest Committee
would like to thank everyone who has helped to make this
evening happen—our generous donors, our tremendous
volunteers and our giving bidders! Gratitude to Rob Dylla
and Carrabba’s Italian Grill for your incredible donation
and to PV Teachers and Staff who consistently support
the PTO.
All proceeds for this event will go directly to Prairie
Vista’s PTO in support of our school’s enrichment
programs—such as Art Smart, Lego League, PV University—
as well as funding for our art teacher and reading materials.
Last year, the PTO Board began a campaign to “Get Back to
Our Roots”, initially with the goal of installing signage. This
year, plans are set to conduct a controlled burn of the prairie
to encourage regrowth of native plants. Continuous efforts
will be made to ensure that this space is not just a place for
the neighbors to walk the dog, but also for our children to
learn about the environment in the best possible setting—
outside in the environment itself. As such, the PTO has
made it a priority to invest in both the professional
development of our teachers and the right educational tools
for the job. Let’s “Get Back to Our Roots” and help this
dream come true!
Each year in increasing support, individuals, local business owners and
nationwide corporations have graciously donated silent auction items for
Winterfest. We encourage you to support these businesses as they have
supported Prairie Vista’s environmental and educational efforts. They continue
to make our community a better place to live and our school a better place to
learn.
