Wedding InformationSet Up: The venue for ceremony and reception is only available for set up by the external company at 12.30 PM on the day of the wedding.

Strike: All décor needs to be removed at 12 AM on the evening of the wedding. Regret that items left behind are not the responsibility of the hotel and should any damage or lose occur, the hotel cannot be held liable.

Décor: We regret that we do not allow DIY setups. You would need to use a preferred supplier of the hotel to be in charge of the décor and flower set up. Please note that Lagoon Beach Hotel does not provide an arch, carpet, easel nor any other décor items. All must be out sourced.

The DJ used must be a trusted supplier of the hotel. This is to ensure that the service provided is of the best quality.

Accommodation: All your wedding guests will have access to our wonderful wedding accommodation discount. Should your guests wish to book accommodation during your wedding, they will receive a 15% discount on the hotel’s rack rate. The discount does not cover the apartments.

Drinks: If you wish to bring in your own wine and champagne, you are most welcome to. We charge R65 corkage per a bottle. We do not allow any other beverages to be brought in. We are able to offer jugs of juice at R65 per a jug, which hold 10 glasses. We shall put a satellite bar either inside your venue our outside, depending on the venue selected. You are welcome to use a cash bar, or a tab bar.

Suppliers: The wedding coordinator will help you source your suppliers, who are all reputable and offer exceptional service
