Following that, the Company shall be exempt from anyfurther liability. However, in addition to this, we will offer a 5%discount off the price of an alternative excursion booked as a resultof the cancellation.(b) BY THE PASSENGER - Excursion Bookings – you may cancelyour booking at any time prior to departure, subject to thefollowing conditions:(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to thedeparture of the excursion, a £5.00 charge per booking is made.(ii) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) cleardays notice is received, a £15.00 per person charge is made.(iii) For cancellations made within 1 day of the excursion, the fullcost of the excursion will be charged.(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admission ticketsare purchased in advance.(c) BY THE PASSENGER – ‘ShowTime’ bookings – You may cancelyour booking at any time prior to departure, subject to thefollowing conditions:

• Should cancellation occur at any time prior to departure, a chargewill be made for the relevant show ticket cost included with yourShowtime excursion, plus £10 per person to cover administration,unless the tickets are re-sold.

• Where tickets are re-sold, a £10 per person administration chargewill be made.

PERFORMING ARTISTS: For some shows, it may be advertised thata well known personality is taking a starring role. We cannot be heldliable, if on the date of our visit, the personality is unable to performand is replaced by an understudy.Alterations: The company reserves the right to alter excursions orprices, the size and specification of the vehicle used, or to cancel anyexcursion listed in this brochure. Please note that if you request achange of boarding point, this may incur an administration charge.Admission charges are included in all prices unless stated.BOARDING INFORMATIONNotification of Boarding TimesYou will be informed of your pick up time by post, 5 days prior tothe departure of the excursion.
