Changing my thinking & what I say!

But, I'll now starting thinking

or saying...Things I often think or say...

After brainstorming with students, giving them a

chance to think about things

they often say. Then create your own class chart and display in

your classroom.

OR, pass out a blank copy for each of your

students to write down their own responses. Then hang around the room or laminate

and place at their tables.



I'm not good at that!

What am I missing that could make me good at

this?

This is too hard for me. This might take some time and effort from me.

I'm really great at this.

I'm on the right track, but can still learn more.

I give up!I'll try some strategies

I've learned.

I can't make this any better.

There's always room for improvement; I'll keep

trying.

I made a mistake. Making mistakes helps me to improve.



It's good enough.
