The history of J.P. Fitzgerald’s is filled with family values and traditions, dating back two decades to when my grandfather,

John Patrick Fitzgerald honored me with his blessings to name Hamburg’s newest restaurant after him, J.P. Fitzgerald’s. We have kept

many of grandpa’s Irish quips alive with signature dishes such as the “Mother McCree,” “Mother Superior,” and the “Gypsy Pete.”

Since J.P.’s opening day on June 19, 1990, we have proudly continued the tradition of providing our family of customers with the
