Winery Ordinance Update Project

•The existing winery ordinance was adopted in 2004.•Affects wineries located on agriculturally zoned land.•Does not affect:

-Wineries or tasting rooms in commercial areas-Previously approved winery projects, unless proposing a revision

•Project goal is to improve efficiency in the winery permit process and balance the needs of the various stakeholder groups.
