WHAT’S NEW IN 2016NEW YACHTS

Windstar welcomes Star Breeze and Star Legend all suite yachts

to our expanded Caribbean and Panama Canal voyage collection

to begin the year. Making their debut in May 2015, the power

yachts underwent a $17 million stem-to-stern renovation including

expanded Veranda restaurant and outdoor decks and completely

transformed lounges, dining venues, and pool area.

NEW VOYAGES

Windstar’s 2016 Voyage Collection features 11 new voyages, 30

new ports of call, and expanded capacity in popular Iceland and

the Panama Canal.

Making our first return to an American port in over eight years,

Windstar unveils three new voyages from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Explore hidden harbors as you venture from San Juan to the

pristine Virgin Islands, discover nine distinctly different ports or

enjoy the secret hideaways of Montserrat and the Grenadines.

With increasing demand in Northern Europe, Windstar unveils two

new voyages in Iceland, including a complete circumnavigation of

the island. Also debuting in 2016 is the new Treasures of Southern

Our signature fine-dining restaurant, AmphorA, has

been completely redesigned with inviting circular

booths and plush banquette seating. It features

a world-class menu — from local market derived

specialties to celebrated culinary favorites —

accompanied by an extensive wine list and served

on elegant Rosenthal china with Riedel stemware.

The setting is elegant, yet relaxed. No jackets or ties

required. Open for continental breakfast and dinner.

STELLA BISTRO (L , D)

Stella Bistro welcomes diners in stylish new

surroundings, with all the flair of a French bistro — it

provides a perfect place for dining, or for gathering

before and after the meal. Available for lunch or

dinner, the name, derived from the Latin word for

star, was selected as a tribute to the restaurant’s

special dining experience — exclusively available on

Wind Surf. This contemporary restaurant seats 124

guests. Reservations are recommended.*

VERANDA (B , L)

Epicurean displays, an inviting buffet, plentiful

outdoor seating, and beautiful lighting highlight

Veranda’s new look — the restaurant’s open-air

terrace creates the perfect spot for guests to enjoy

breakfast and lunch al fresco. And the cooking

station provides guests with made-to-order dishes.

CANDLES (D)

The outdoor seating area of Veranda transforms

into Candles in the evening, where on-deck

dining by candlelight highlights every voyage.

This poolside grill accommodates 30 guests for

dinner, offers al fresco dining on favorite seafood

and steak-house grilled specialties and a romantic

ambiance unmatched in any venue on sea or shore.

YACHT CLUB (ALL DAY SERVICE)

The Yacht Club, a Windstar favorite, is a casual

place to gather for informal dining. All your favorite

gourmet sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are

available throughout the day and evening, prepared

precisely to your liking and served in impeccable

Windstar style. Available on board Wind Surf,

Star Pride, Star Breeze, and Star Legend.

DECK BARBECUE

At these renowned parties on board, guests are

invited to enjoy an open bar, sumptuous food,

dancing under the stars, impromptu performances,

and live music into the wee hours of the morning.

Windstar’s signature deck barbecue offers up an

amazing spread of grilled entrees, such as roast

suckling pig, lobster tails, crab legs, jumbo shrimp

cocktail, marinated grilled lamb chops, just to name

a few, along with a variety of salads, sides, and

decadent desserts.

Windstar Cruises offers guests the opportunity to purchase either our Full Sail or Full Sail Plus Protection Plan. Both of these plans are optional and must be paid for at time of deposit. Payments are not refundable. Both plans are available for U.S. residents.

Because cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters, we strongly recommend the purchase of either the Full Sail Plan, which protects guests if their trip is canceled or interrupted for covered reasons — or Full Sail Plus Plan, which provides the added protection of a future cruise credit if they cancel for uncovered reasons.

Windstar’s laundering service makes it easy to travel light and enjoy the feeling of freshly washed and pressed clothing every day from our professional laundry. Enjoy quick turnaround service of 24 hours on all items and same-day service on items turned in by 9:00 a.m. Package includes laundry service for both stateroom/suite occupants*.

*Package price per stateroom/suite is based on a 7-day cruise and includes both stateroom/suite occupants. Single occupant stateroom/suite package price is reduced by one half. Laundry Package must be added by the first day of the cruise and will be priced by the total number of cruise days. Pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes. Dry cleaning is not available.
