Proctor Charter
• We need total commitment from proctors to ensure a great attendee experience at the event.
• All proctors at the event are expected to be available during the entire duration of the event to provide tech help, guidance & mentoring to event attendees.
• Proctors are expected to screen and identify high potential apps & nominate these for AELs.
• Some proctors may choose to develop & retain 1:1 engagement with developers during & after the event.

• Go to special registration counter, collect event badge, event t-shirt & AEL passes• Wear event t-shirt & be at your allocated Zone on time• On 21st Sept, event begins at 1pm, app dev begins at 2pm• Mentor 25-30 people in your Zone• Issue AEL passes for “nearly complete” & “good quality” apps.
– Refer to Checklist.– WACK report of the app should be kept ready by app creator. It’s alright if there are a few errors
remaining.– App profile should be submitted by app creator at http://bit.ly/windows8ael
• DO NOT speak to press at all. No “on-record” or “off-record” discussions. Politely ask them to contact the Microsoft PR team members at the media center.
• Attend onsite post-event meeting at the Microsoft Zone in the main building at KTPO immediately after the event ends.
